Conference fees- Participation in the Conference is free of charge for both presenters and participants.
- The registration does not include travel and accommodation expenses.
Conference Venue- On-site: will be held in Cracow, Poland.
- Online: will be through an online platform. The instructions with the link, meeting ID and password shall be sent to the participants prior to the Conference date.

30 September 2024 04 October 2024 (all abstract should be in English) - Sending presentations and posters: 10 November 2024 (only for accepted papers)

Forms of PresentationsThe papers can be presented in oral and poster sessions. The Scientific Committee holds a right to change the form of presentation submitted by the Authors. Both posters and oral presentations should be prepared in English or Polish.
- Oral presentation – Participants will be informed about the form at a later date.
- Poster presentation – Participants will be informed about the form at a later date.
AbstractAbstract Submission is needed for oral and poster presentations. Abstracts should be submitted using the template form provided at the link below. The abstract should contain up to 250 words. The abstract should describe the main objective(s) of the study. It should be informative and report the main results and conclusions. One author may submit one abstract. All accepted abstracts will be published in the Conference proceedings.

Certificate of PresentationThe presenting Author receives a Certificate of Presentation. The Certificate will be sent to the Authors after the Conference via e-mail.
